The two books had different approaches as to how to do the swiss re tower. The first one shows a consistent frame with similar rhomboids, it uses the merge component to set different radii, which when scaled, do so differently on the bottom and on the top. The second one has a set of 5 radii that are scaled altogether, and provides a simpler approach to the last point. The main difference is in the framing, the first one shows consistent rhomboids were as the second one shows them stretched.

But your tower isn’t completely parametric. There are no links between the spacing of the levels and height of the tower. I will go over this in class.
What other book are you referring to?
Nevermind. I just realized that he has a newer edition. Nice initiative. 2nd one looks simpler.
